Excellent experience, the service was efficient, with confirmation sent after every communication, which was clear and very helpful. The person attending to undertake the repair was polite, clear and also very helpful. Great service and would be happy to recommend and use again.

The service was absolutely incredible! I called at around 1pm and we had a new aerial by 4.30 pm on the same day! We had a lovely engineer called Peter who was extremely considerate. I would highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the service I received , I did not feel under pressure. The man who I think was Darren (sorry if this is the wrong name) who I spoke to on my drive was very pleasant. Hi there rang up yesterday asked about an aerial they was going to try get me in yesterday afternoon but think it was too late in the day so they sent a message saing they be around first thing so they came out 9am. So Mark the engineer instantly saw the old aerial was damaged gave me the quote straight away so i agreed to it. Mark then went on to say that i live in apoor signal aerial noticed the trees might be in the way. He then took rhe old one down and put the new one up it probably took about an hour to do.Mark did a professinal and quick job quick bank transfer job done well done to Mark and thank you
